Important Insurance Requirement

Trupanion Insurance MUST Be Activated

Trupanion insurance must be activated immediately after pickup.

Activation of your puppy's Trupanion insurance is NOT OPTIONAL and is a requirement through Cedar Wood Farms.

Buyers are responsible for completing the Trupanion activation process within the required timeframe provided in their puppy packet.

Failure to properly activate the Trupanion insurance coverage may result in:

  • Loss of insurance benefits and coverage
  • Denial of coverage for future medical expenses
  • The Cedar Wood Farms health guarantee becoming void

This policy is in place to help protect your puppy and ensure immediate access to medical coverage should an emergency or unexpected illness occur.

Please complete the activation process as soon as your puppy arrives home and keep confirmation records for your files.

If you choose our $600 flat-rate flight nanny option, please be flexible with your delivery date and time. If you need a guaranteed flight time, a confirmed ticket will need to be booked instead, at an additional cost.
