Your puppy comes with 30 days of free pet insurance through Trupanion. Activation is easy and only takes a few minutes.
This insurance must be activated the day before pickup.
Activation is mandatory — it is not optional. Your puppy cannot be picked up until Trupanion coverage is activated by the new owner. Please activate the day before your scheduled pickup.

Activate Before Pickup
Activate the day before your scheduled pickup. Coverage must be active to take your puppy home.

What You'll Need Ready at Home
A short shopping list so your puppy's first night is smooth, safe, and happy.
Crate
A 24–36 inch crate gives your puppy a safe, cozy den. We recommend one with a divider so it grows with them.
Nutri Source Puppy FoodOrder Online
Our puppies are currently eating Nutri Source Puppy food 3 times a day — roughly 1/3 cup per meal. You can order it online so it's ready when your puppy arrives — keeping the same food helps avoid tummy upset.
Food & Water Bowls
Stainless steel bowls are easy to clean and won't tip easily. Have a set ready at home before pickup.
Probiotic
A puppy-safe probiotic supports healthy digestion during the stress of moving to a new home. Ask us or your vet for our recommended brand.
Puppy Pads
Your puppy is puppy pad trained, but you'll want plenty of pads on hand for the transition at home. Have a stack ready before pickup.
Cozy Dog Bed or Crate Pad
A washable bed or crate pad gives your puppy a soft place to rest outside their crate. Look for one that's easy to clean.
Teething & Chew Toys
Puppies explore with their mouths — safe chew and teething toys keep them busy and protect your furniture. A variety is best (soft, rubber, and puzzle toys).
Grooming Brush
Doodle coats need regular brushing to prevent matting. A slicker brush and comb should be ready from day one to keep that fluffy coat tangle-free.
Enzyme Cleaner
Accidents happen! An enzyme-based cleaner removes odors and stains completely so your puppy doesn't return to the same spot.
Play Pen or Baby Gate
A play pen or baby gate creates a safe, contained area when you can't keep eyes on your puppy — great for potty training and protecting your home.
ID Tag
Attach an ID tag with your contact info to your puppy's collar right away. It's a simple safety step that makes a big difference.
Car Harness or Carrier
A safe way to travel home is a must. A crash-tested car harness or a secure travel carrier keeps your puppy safe on the ride home and beyond.
