What to Expect
Honest Expectations
Puppies are babies, and training is a process, not a finish line. Our program gives your puppy a strong head start, but no puppy is fully potty trained or perfectly obedient at this age. The routines and commands your puppy learns with us need to be continued consistently at home. We'll show you how.
Training Policies
How Enrollment Works
Payment for training is required in full, up front, before training begins. Your training spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
Your puppy's purchase balance must also be paid in full before training begins.
Training begins on your puppy's scheduled pickup date.
Training spots are limited, and we accept them in the order enrollment forms and payments are received.
After you submit the form below, our team will contact you to confirm your package, start date, and payment.
Holding Your Puppy Past Pickup Day
Hold & Boarding Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need us to keep your puppy after your scheduled pickup date:
Days 1–5 after pickup date: No charge. We're happy to give you a little flexibility.
Starting on day 6 after pickup date: A boarding fee of $20 per day applies until your puppy goes home.
Past 2 weeks after pickup date: Your puppy's full balance must be paid in full to continue holding your puppy. Boarding fees continue to apply.
During training: Hold and boarding fees do not apply while your puppy is enrolled in a paid training package. The 5-day grace period begins the day after training ends.
Before going home: All boarding fees must be paid before your puppy goes home.
