Cedar Wood Farms only sends photo updates weekly, with an occassional surprise photo. Do you understand and agree to this?
All of our puppies go home on a spay or neuter contract and breeding rights are only considered to approved programs with additional fees required. Are you a breeder?
Upon review of this form, a $200 deposit is required to secure your spot on our waiting list. You will be contacted in order to place this deposit. Do you understand that this deposit is non-refundable?
