Before You Arrive
We'll confirm your pickup time in advance so the day is calm and unhurried. Bring a carrier or a crate with a blanket, and come with any questions you've been saving up. Gotcha Day is exciting — and a little planning makes it smooth.
Paperwork
You'll receive your puppy's paperwork folder: the purchase contract and health guarantee, vaccination and deworming records, microchip information, and any breed or care documents. We'll walk you through each page so you leave knowing exactly what you have.
Puppy Supplies Included
Your puppy goes home with a starter supply kit to ease the transition — a blanket that carries the familiar scent of their littermates and mom, a bag of the food they're already eating, a favorite toy, and their paperwork folder. These small things make a big difference in the first few days.
Questions & Final Walkthrough
We'll review the feeding schedule, upcoming vaccine dates, and what to expect in the first week. This is your time to ask anything — about training, grooming, health, or daily routines. No question is too small, and we'd rather you ask now than wonder later.
Transportation & Pickup
If you're picking up in person, we'll help you settle your puppy safely for the ride home. If you're using our flight nanny service, your puppy travels in-cabin with a trained nanny and is handed to you at your nearest major airport. Either way, we'll coordinate every detail so the journey is safe and stress-free.
The Transition Home
The first few days are an adjustment — your puppy is in a brand-new world. Keep things calm and quiet, establish a simple routine right away, and be patient. Expect a few restless moments (and possibly a restless first night). With consistency and love, your puppy will settle in quickly — and we're always just a message away if you need support along the way.
